Alisha Outridge

Alisha Outridge is a serial entrepreneur and AI product leader. She founded AIFounderPlaybook.com, an applied-AI program that takes founders from idea to shipped product, with 80% leaving with a working AI product or workflow. She also runs Byte&Chord, a venture studio building AI-native products, companies, and the teams behind them.

Before that she built products at some of the most influential names in tech: she was Senior Director of Product at Meta, where she co-invented a US AI/ML patent; as CTO/CPO of TuneCore she ran product for one of the world's largest music-distribution platforms; and as Chief Product Officer of FlyBy she built computer-vision AI technology strong enough that Apple acquired the company, contributing to ARKit.

Today she packages that 15+ year operator experience and parallel academic career as a Professor (Brown University + Hunter College CUNY) into hands-on AI product and systems-thinking workshops, and runs hackathon-style labs across the country.
